History

The founder of the company PPHU "Instal Chemik" is Jacek Rauhut, a graduate of the Mechanical Technical School on Zielona Street in Pleszew. With a technician's diploma, he joined the Housing Cooperative in Pleszew.

He gained professional experience, among others, during work on failures of central heating installations. In 1989, he founded his own company - "Installation Plant," where only three people worked. Jacek Rauhut was both the boss and the employee.

A few years later, at Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square in Pleszew, he opened a chain of stores with chemical articles, paints, and varnishes. The company grew. Jacek Rauhut expanded his business to include renovation and construction services. The company's name also changed from "Installation Plant" to "Instal Chemik."

The breakthrough year for the company's development was 2005. The existing business was expanded to include professional plastic processing, machining, punching, sheet metal cutting, laser cutting, and powder coating.

Thanks to this, "Instal Chemik" became one of the main suppliers of sheet metal and cabins for numerically controlled machine tools at the "Famot-Pleszew S.A" factory. Cooperation with the "Famot" company resulted in new orders. Last year, six machine tools produced at "Instal Chemik" went to the world's largest machine tool fair "EMO" in Hanover.

The headquarters of Jacek Rauhut's company has been located on Bojanowskiego Street in Pleszew from the very beginning. Its branches have been established in other parts of the city. The first at Wschodnia Street, the second at Jarocińska Street. The branch at Jarocińska Street houses a design office that employs engineers and designers. The company employs dozens of workers, and the continuously growing number of orders allows for ongoing development.

Instal Chemik offers a wide range of metalworking services, starting with laser cutting, which allows for precise and quick cutting of various materials. This technology makes it possible to create complex shapes while maintaining high-quality finishes. CNC machining is another service that ensures high quality and precision in machining. It allows for efficient and accurate forming of components from various materials.

Sheet metal bending is another service that allows for flexible and precise forming of elements. It enables the creation of both simple and complex shapes. Welding is a durable and aesthetic joining of metal structures, playing a key role in many industry sectors. Etching is a process of optimizing the surface before further processing, improving the material's properties and extending its lifespan.

Powder coating is a durable and aesthetic surface finish that protects the material from corrosion and mechanical damage. CAD is professional design and optimization of structures, allowing for efficient material utilization and achieving optimal technical parameters.
