CNC Machining

CNC machining involves the rapid, precise, and highly repeatable execution of shapes of varying complexity using numerically controlled machines. We offer comprehensive CNC machining of metal parts on both numerical and conventional machines according to the specifications or drawings provided by the client. We have specialized machines that allow for high dimensional accuracy, short lead times, and the ability to produce parts of any complexity. Sheet metal machining holds no secrets for us.

The cutting machining takes place at our plant in Pleszew in Greater Poland, about 100 km from Poznań.

CNC machining technology provides, among others:

  • the ability for mass and express production of machined parts;
  • significant reduction in order completion time due to the high level of automation in production;
  • high cutting precision, fully compliant with project assumptions;
  • full automation of the production process at every stage;
  • the ability to quickly perform milling, turning, drilling, boring, reaming, threading, or engraving.

Advantages of CNC Machining Compared to Conventional Methods

CNC machining, or numerical control, is a modern material processing method that surpasses traditional methods in many respects. Primarily, thanks to the use of advanced computer systems, CNC machining allows for achieving much greater precision than conventional methods. This means that parts made using this technology are more accurate and reliable.

CNC machining also minimizes the risk of human errors that can occur during manual processing. This makes the production process more efficient, and the finished products are of higher quality. Material and time savings are additional advantages of this method – CNC machines can quickly and precisely cut elements from raw material, reducing waste. CNC machining allows for the realization of more complex shapes and patterns that would be difficult or impossible to achieve using traditional techniques.

Quality Control in the CNC Machining Process

In the CNC machining process, quality control plays a key role. To ensure the highest quality of services provided, precise measuring systems and strict control procedures are used in the plant. This allows for monitoring each stage of the CNC machining process, enabling the detection of any irregularities and their quick elimination. Quality control includes checking both geometric parameters and the physical and mechanical properties of the parts. All these aspects are analyzed to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
