Design

Every project we undertake is a challenge that we entrust to experienced individuals possessing the necessary knowledge and skills, along with practical use of specialized computer programs.

In our daily design work, we use CAD methodology, or Computer-Aided Design, which allows us to provide design services quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

We create designs for various types of devices and semi-finished products for the industry, such as machine enclosures. We execute projects based on provided documentation or independently.

CAD Drawing

CAD drawing involves using various computer programs to create two- or three-dimensional (2D or 3D) graphical representations of physical objects. CAD software can be specialized for specific applications and used not only in many industrial sectors but also, for example, in the film industry.

In product and system design for the industry, CAD is mainly used to create detailed, three-dimensional (3D) solid or surface models of physical components and their vector 2D drawings. CAD is also used throughout the engineering process, from the initial product design, through static and dynamic analyses of assemblies, to defining manufacturing methods. This allows engineers to interactively and automatically analyze many design variants to obtain the optimal version intended for production while reducing the number of physical prototypes. This significantly speeds up the calculations necessary to achieve the optimal shape and size for various products or industrial systems.

Common programs used for Computer-Aided Design include AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SolidEdge.

The CAD drawing methodology allows for a significant reduction in product development costs, increased work efficiency, improved product quality, and faster market introduction. Moreover, it provides better visualization of the final product, its components, and subcomponents. It facilitates the creation of detailed project documentation, including geometry and dimensions, material lists, etc.

Additionally, CAD software offers greater accuracy, reducing the number of errors in the design process.

Innovative Technologies in Design

Nowadays, technologies such as 3D printing and virtual reality play a key role in designing and implementing new products. These technologies enable the creation of more advanced and precise models, as well as conducting tests and simulations in a safe, virtual environment. These innovative solutions allow for higher quality designs and shorter realization times.

Client Collaboration

Maintaining constant communication with the client during the design process is crucial to understanding their needs and expectations. This enables the creation of designs that meet the client's requirements and are functional and efficient. Collaboration with clients also allows for adapting designs to individual needs and making any necessary changes in real time.

Application of BIM Software

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a modern method that supports managing product information at all stages of their life cycle. Using BIM in design and CNC machining planning allows for better project planning, analysis, and control, as well as easier collaboration between different teams involved in the process. BIM also enables effective resource management and monitoring work progress at every stage of the project.

Implementing innovative technologies, focusing on client collaboration, and using modern methods allow for creating high-quality designs that meet client expectations and are functional and efficient.
