Laser Cutting

The most precise material processing method

Laser cutting is considered one of the most precise methods of material processing, especially metals. We perform precise laser cutting of aluminum sheets, stainless steel sheets, and steel sheets. Metal cutting is carried out in our plant in Pleszew, Wielkopolska, about 100 km from Poznań. We accept orders from all over Poland and abroad.

Advantages:

  • The most precise and least time-consuming metal processing method;
  • Express production of details – all laser-cut components are mostly ready immediately after execution without additional processing;
  • The area of impact on the material is minimized – thanks to the high concentration of the laser beam, radiation and generated temperature do not change the metal's structure;
  • Tool efficiency – the lack of physical contact of the cutting head means it does not wear out during cutting;
  • Waste reduction – thanks to the optimal design of cutting paths and element arrangement on the sheet.

We offer you the service of cutting elements from black steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, and aluminum sheets from our own or provided material. To minimize the product realization time, we have about 200 tons of black sheet metal and profiles in stock, as well as about 20 tons of acid-resistant sheet metal.

We ensure the highest precision, high-quality cut edge, material saving, and 100% shape repeatability. The high power of resonators and high positioning speeds of machines allow us to provide the highest level of service in the field of aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, and steel sheet cutting.

Trumpf TruLaser 3030 and 3040 are a new generation of laser machines combining innovative technologies with high laser power.

They are characterized by, among others: one cutting head for all sheet thicknesses, high laser power, compact setting options. They are efficient and easy to operate.

Their advantages also include:

  • Minimal downtime thanks to the strategy of one cutting head and automatic nozzle changer;
  • Increased speed and dynamics thanks to linear drive technology;
  • Built-in pallet changer enabling sheet metal exchange within seconds;
  • Innovative methods for fast and safe processing;
  • Minimal downtime thanks to the longitudinal conveyor belt for removing slag and small details;
  • Possibility of modular automation;
  • Ability to cut sheet metal up to 25 mm thick;
  • Presence of a new ergonomic operating console with a graphic control panel and touchscreen;
  • Freedom of choice between longitudinal and space-saving transverse arrangement (only in the case of TruLaser 3030 machine);
  • Easily accessible and clearly marked maintenance points.

TruLaser 5030

TruLaser 5030 fiber convinces with high processing speed and repeatable high detail quality even in the case of complex contours.
Thanks to the solid-state laser, impressive feed rates are achieved. Support systems provide greater productivity and reliability of the entire processing method than ever before. Operator involvement is minimal, and auxiliary times are minimal.

Using the TruLaser 5030 fiber device, we offer sheet metal cutting services made of copper and brass:

  • Structural steel: maximum thickness 25 mm
  • Stainless steel: maximum thickness 25 mm
  • Aluminum: maximum thickness 25 mm
